Questions about a plush, an order or a certificate? The Jelly And Ducky team answers directly.
Your first certificate is on us
An official Certificate of Adoption
Adopt any plushie and the certificate is added to your cart and discounted to zero — the cart shows the exact price checkout will charge. The free certificate applies once per customer; extra certificates are available any time.
Name your plush, add the adoption date, sign on screen and download a printable PDF.
Questions from parents
Good to know before you adopt
- How does the free certificate work?
- Your first adoption certificate is free: add any plushie and the certificate is added to your cart and discounted to zero at checkout. Extra certificates are available any time at full price. The cart always shows the price checkout will charge.
- Do bundle discounts stack with the free certificate?
- No. Shopify applies one discount code per order, so we automatically apply whichever saves you more — the free certificate or your bundle tier — and show it in the cart before you pay.
- How do I claim a certificate after ordering?
- Open the claim page, enter your order number and the email you used at checkout, then personalize, sign and download the certificate.
- Where can I see the full catalog?
- This shop carries the four main plushies. The wider Jelly And Ducky catalog lives on the main site.
